build_circle Services & Repairs
It's something simple. Can you look at it quickly?
We can definitely take a look, but we don’t do on-the-spot assessments, as our mechanics can’t step away from queued jobs. Once it’s checked in we’ll inspect it and call you with the findings and costs before we go ahead.
How long does a service take?
Standard services (repairs add extra time) usually take 2–7 business days, depending on workload and parts availability. Having said that it is not uncommon for the queue to stretch out to 8 weeks in Summer! Winter is our quiet period so it is always a good idea to bring your machines in then. Ask when bringing it in and we will let you know at the time.
How much is a mower service?
Pricing varies by model, age, parts availability, and condition. We charge for labour time and parts.
Can you fix it today?
We work through machines in order of check-in. Urgent jobs (contractors) may be possible depending on workload, but cannot be guaranteed.
Do you repair all brands?
We service and repair most major brands. If your machine is uncommon or older, parts may no longer be available, or difficult to source.
Do you repair ride-ons?
Yes. Ride-ons require workshop booking (often booked weeks in advance). We offer a pick up & delivery service for ride-ons which we can cost for you when you book in.
troubleshoot Diagnostics & Quotes
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Yes. We charge for the labour/time taken to diagnose and/or quote.
Can you quote over the phone?
We can give general guidance based on make/model/issue, but quotes require inspection in the workshop.
inventory_2 Parts & Consumables
Do you stock blades, belts, filters, and spark plugs?
Yes — we carry common parts for popular models. If we don’t have it, we can generally order it in.
Can you match a part if I don't know the model?
Bring the part in with you. Many items can be matched by size or shape.
How long do ordered parts take to arrive?
Most parts arrive 2–7 business days, depending on supplier and brand. Rarer, or larger items can take much longer. We will always try and keep you informed.
local_shipping Pickup & Delivery
Do you offer pickup for ride-ons or heavy equipment?
Yes, our pick-up & delivery day is Monday. Pickup fees vary by location.
Can you help load or unload my mower?
Absolutely. We are happy to assist with safe loading and unloading at the shop.
payments Payment & Costs
Why is the repair more expensive than expected?
Costs depend on parts, labour, and the condition of the machine. Unfortunately, generally speaking, the cheaper the machine the more expensive the repair. That’s the downside of modern throw away society!
Do you price match?
We match where possible on new products, depending on supplier policies and our costs.
verified_user Warranty & Returns
Is my repair covered under warranty?
All machines are run & tested before being marked as completed. It is for this reason that our liability/warranty is limited to: Domestic use claims must be submitted within 14 days of the job completion or collection so please turn it on and check operation (and contact us if need be) before this expires. Commercial use claims contact us within 5 days after job completion/collection/delivery. If you have any issues, please reach out and contact us.
Do you do warranty repairs for machines bought elsewhere?
Yes — as long as the brand authorises us as a service agent.
Why may it not be covered under warranty?
Warranty generally covers manufacturing faults, not wear-and-tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
shopping_cart Buying a New Mower
